Delivered to your doorstep.
All items are shipped with Y.D.M V.I.P secured shipping service.
As your order leaves our headquarters , you will receive a confirmation text massage to your mobile phone, in order to schedule a preferable time of delivery.
Shipping times are estimated to be 2-4 weeks and referred to working days only, on special holidays delays may occur.
The order will be shipped to the address provided by you, at checkout.
We also ship to a third party. If you wish your item to be a gift- please let us know.
If you’re in any kind of rush or have a specific date due time, please contact us, or note your request in the comment.
We’ll do our best to ensure your product will arrive on time.
If you wish to, self-collecting of your order is also available, please choose the self-collecting option at check out, and as soon as your order will be ready,
our customer service will reach out to you.

All items are custom made to order – Please allow 2-4 weeks, and keep in mind estimated delivery time is referred to working days only.
It is under the buyers responsibility to pay for any customs and import taxes, duties or vat, that may apply.
All jewelry are packed in an beautiful & branded package , carefully wrapped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order, for unworn or unused items.
All Shi collection items include personalized options, therefore are all made to order, one of a kind.
All returns will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total amount of the item.
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Special orders / Sale items – cannot be returned or refunded (except damaged items).
DAMAGED ITEMS & REPAIRS:
Quality is extremely important to us so if your jewelry is damaged we would be happy to fix it for you within our 6 months warranty.
To initiate the repair process, please contact our customer service throw mail or phone. and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
In the event that the customer loses a stone from a jewelry, Shi collection will not be responsible for providing an alternative stone,
if the customer wishes to purchase a
new stone from Shi collection the customer will receive a repair free of charge.
Please note that return shipping for international orders is in the customers responsibility and is not covered by Shi collection.
If a parcel is lost or sent to the wrong address provided, it is not in our ability to refund or exchange the item.
To begin the international return process, please contact our customer service throw mail or phone.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive the jewelry back.
Once your returned item is inspected, we’ll notify you. The account you used to purchase your items will be refunded.
It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
Deposits given for custom made jewelry or engagement rings – are non refundable, due to the work invested in
stone searching and customization.
Shi collection reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
